This dynamic, innovative program utilizes a broad based mentoring program. We foster positive relationsips and provide services to youth in order to change attitudes thus diverting youth from legal and social difficulties. We provide intensive case management, worksite training and direct support to assist youth in achieving their educational and occupational goals. Youth WIA Program Provides support for youth seeking employment. Topics include self-esteem, assertiveness, career development, goal exploration, job search, resume writing, interviewing skills and maintaining employment.
