    Case Management

    Case Manager-1, WoRC

    This position is responsible for assisting program participants in becoming self-sufficient through assessing participant’s strengths and needs, assisting them in removing barriers so they may obtain job placement and job retention.Also responsible for maintaining all records and ensuring all records are in order.


    Case Manager-2

    This position is responsible for the provision of intensive case management of all participants including development of Independent Living Plan with program participants, identifying goals within 12 domains including (but not limited to) education/work training; job search skills/employment maintenance; health, hygiene, sexual health; ethnic and cultural identity; drug/alcohol treatment/prevention; interpersonal/social skills; emotional/psychological issues; community resource skills and awareness; family; housing; money management; and household maintenance skills. more...



    Program Support

    Resident Manager/Life Skills Coach

    This position is responsible for the overall safety of program participants living in the facility and to monitor activities in the home to preserve the program’s integrity.The Resident Manager will maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.She will assist in the facilitation of group meetings and assist youth in life skills training.She may provide crisis management intervention including child care assistance, birthing coach, and mediator.This position is responsible for enforcing house rules, spend time with daily living responsibilities (i.e. meal preparation, chores, time management, conflict resolution skills, child rearing).The program services are 20 hours per week and must be present at the home 5 nights out of the week (7pm-on). In exchange for providing services as house monitor, HRDC will provide housing. more...
